Hill Club: AI agents as front desks and concierge for hospitality
We built an LLM-powered private club agentic concierge, improving high-touch member experience and helping understaffed manual operations. The agent uses mixed initiative interactions to decide function calls depending on the request's context and impact. It combines short-term and long-term memory for personalization for future interactions, reimagining complex system-to-system and customer-to-system interactions.
